There is no record of his enlistment in the Australian Military Forces but it is believed he fought with the British military in WWI where he was gassed. In 1918 he married Violet Aylward at Brentwood, Essex. Their children were Horace H, born 1919; Jean K, born 1921; and Ronald F, born 1922. Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated. |
